Insurance
We are out of network providers and do not accept insurance
How reimbursement from your insurance works:
-
Prior to starting the process of becoming a patient, we recommend that you contact your insurance provider and determine whether you have out-of-network mental health benefits. If you do, ask for the percentage of the maximum allowable rate that you will be reimbursed. This will provide you with a general sense of your reimbursement for each session.
-
After each visit we will bill you with your card on file and then provide you with a superbill that you can then submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
-
You are responsible for the full payment after each session unless you have made arrangements otherwise.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
The past two years have seen a dramatic increase in individuals requesting mental health care. We try to accommodate all requests for evaluation and care, and as such, we ask that you value our time as we value yours. We have a strict 2 business day notice for cancellations. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 2 business days in advance (by 10am Thursday for a 10am Monday appointment), you will be charged the cancellation fee ($150). With the exception of a medical emergency, if you miss your appointment entirely you will be charged the full rate of your visit. Excessive missed appointments may cause you to be dismissed from the practice.
Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be charged the full service fee.
