EXPLORE OUR SERVICES
The practice of psychiatry has evolved. Advances in diagnostic tools, functional testing, hormonal testing, gut microbiome analysis, pharmacogenomics, and brain-based assessments (such as QEEG) are expanding how we understand mental health.
At the same time, a wider range of treatment options - both established and emerging - can support individuals who haven’t found relief through traditional approaches alone.
These may include lifestyle and dietary changes, nutritional support, neuromodulation/rTMS, and treatments like ketamine.
At WIMHS we take this integrative approach, beginning with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, taking time to understand your history, patterns, and goals in depth.
From there, we develop a personalized treatment plan that may include psychotherapy, medication, or any of the other methods mentioned above. Whether or not medication is part of your care, you’ll leave with a clear understanding of your options. Instead of just treating symptoms, we want to help you uncover new possibilities—using data-informed insights to guide you toward approaches that may not have been previously explored
The Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) program at Washington Integrative Mental Health Services, in collaboration with Avesta Ketamine Wellness, is a structured, short-term treatment designed to support meaningful psychological change through the combined effects of ketamine and psychotherapy. Intended for individuals seeking a focused, transformative experience, the program emphasizes continuous therapist support during ketamine sessions to enhance emotional safety, deepen insight, and help patients actively engage with emerging psychological material.
Through a carefully sequenced process, including comprehensive medical and psychiatric screening, preparation sessions, therapist-supported ketamine dosing, the program aims to increase psychological flexibility and translate in-session insights into lasting change.

Your life deserves your attention, and it takes a great deal of strength to ask for support along your path.
At WIHMS, we utilize a holistic approach to psychotherapy in order to help you understand the relationship between your body, mind, and spirit and to guide you towards obtaining a happy, healthy life.
This understanding can aid in your day-to-day ability to manage stress as well as to improve the overall quality of your life. Our providers offer individual, couples and family therapy.
In a world of abundant health information and increasingly interdisciplinary approaches to mental health, patients often find themselves coordinating their own care. We embrace this reality by supporting patients as informed collaborators, bringing together clinicians, perspectives, and resources to create a more connected, personalized, and empowering approach to mental health care. Depending on a patient’s needs, this may include collaboration with therapists, psychiatrists, primary care providers, nutritionists, coaches, or other contributors to health and well-being.
I offer long-term work with individuals navigating career questions, identity shifts, burnout, or quiet dissatisfaction. You might be functioning well on the surface, but something underneath feels off. This is a space to explore that disconnect in a structured but open way.
I don’t approach this work as traditional psychotherapy in the diagnostic sense. It’s more about slowing down, reflecting honestly, and making thoughtful choices that are better aligned with who you are and who you’re becoming.
A one-time, high-depth consultation for those seeking clarity, direction, and a more complete understanding of your mental health.
Not everyone needs ongoing care. Sometimes, what’s most helpful is stepping back and taking a thoughtful, comprehensive look at the full picture. This consultation is designed for individuals who feel stuck, have tried multiple treatments without clear progress, or want a deeper, more integrative understanding of their mental health.
Rather than focusing on a single modality, this is a broad, integrative consultation that considers the many factors that shape mental health, including lifestyle and daily rhythms (sleep, exercise, stress patterns), nutrition and metabolic health, psychological and emotional patterns, past treatments and medications, somatic and mind-body factors, and emerging or innovative treatment options (including psychedelic-assisted therapies, and/or ketamine, where appropriate).
You will leave with a personalized, thoughtful treatment framework—one that brings together multiple dimensions of your life and offers clear next steps, whether within our clinic or beyond it.
In addition to traditional psychiatric care, we offer holistic options that gently support both mind and body. Through personalized dietary and herbal recommendations and somatic practices (such as breathwork, gentle movement, and body awareness techniques), we can help ease stress, improve mood, and bring your system back into harmony. This is a great fit if you’re looking for natural ways to feel more grounded, calm, and connected in your daily life.
