Our Services

Our healing collaborative is for people who may be functioning well on the outside, but feeling uncertain, stuck, or out of alignment on the inside.

Together, we work to move from getting by to feeling more steady, connected, and clear.

To help you on this path, we offer a variety of services, each thoughtfully designed to support your well-being.

Integrative Psychiatric Evaluations

Integrative Psychiatry uses traditional and modern healing techniques to guide an individual to their healthiest potential.
Following an extensive psychiatric evaluation, patients are provided with a treatment plan that may include dietary modifications, nutritional supplementation, contemplative practices, medication, and psychotherapy. Whether or not medication becomes part of your plan, you’ll leave with a clear understanding of what paths are available.

Integrative Second Opinions

The practice of psychiatry has evolved.  Advances in diagnostic tools including functional testing, hormonal testing, pharmacogenomics, gut microbiome assays and real-time brain wave assessments (QEEG) have paved the way for a greater understanding of the causes and potential treatments of mental health concerns.
Additionally, old and new treatment modalities, such as lifestyle changes, dietary modifications, nutritional supplementation, rTMS and ketamine can offer symptom relief for individuals who have had partial success in the past. We provide individuals with cutting edge, data driven assessments that can point the way toward previously unexplored treatment options.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy & Integration

For clients interested in or already engaged in psychedelic work, I offer preparation and integration support as well as ketamine-assisted psychotherapy when appropriate. These sessions are grounded, structured, and aimed at making sense of what arises in non-ordinary states—emotionally, psychologically, and practically.

Psychotherapy

Your life deserves your attention, and it takes a great deal of strength to ask for support along your path.
At WIHMS, we utilize a holistic approach to psychotherapy in order to help you understand the relationship between your body, mind, and spirit and to guide you towards obtaining a happy, healthy life.
This understanding can aid in your day-to-day ability to manage stress as well as to improve the overall quality of your life. Our providers offer individual, couples and family therapy.

Therapeutic Work for Life Transitions

I offer long-term work with individuals navigating career questions, identity shifts, burnout, or quiet dissatisfaction. You might be functioning well on the surface, but something underneath feels off. This is a space to explore that disconnect in a structured but open way.

I don’t approach this work as traditional psychotherapy in the diagnostic sense. It’s more about slowing down, reflecting honestly, and making thoughtful choices that are better aligned with who you are and who you’re becoming.

Herbal & Somatic Support

In addition to traditional psychiatric care, we offer holistic options that gently support both mind and body. Through personalized dietary and  herbal recommendations and somatic practices (such as breathwork, gentle movement, and body awareness techniques), we can help ease stress, improve mood, and bring your system back into harmony. This is a great fit if you’re looking for natural ways to feel more grounded, calm, and connected in your daily life.
